JV Girls Basketball finishes season a perfect 17-0!

The JV girls basketball completed a perfect season 17-0! Congratulations to Coach Trina Wagstaff, Coach Antonine Quattlebaum, Coach Brittany, and Coach Jeremy as well as the players for working hard and representing Irmo High School and Athletics in a positive way! Well done!

Boys season ends with a 68-41 loss to Dorman

The boys basketball team’s season came to an end Saturday night in the second round of the playoffs against Dorman. The Cavaliers were to much in the second and third quarters scoring 21 and 22 points respectively. Freshman Dylan Williams led the Yellow Jackets with 20 points.

Irmo boys advance beating Fort Mill 62-44!

Irmo beats Fort Mill in the Temple of Doom 62-44. Boston Rivers scored 21 points and collected 9 rebounds in the win. Trevez Caldwell 16 points and Dylan Williams 15 to lead the way. The Yellow Jackets will travel to Dorman Saturday night. Game time is at 7:00 in Spartanburg.

Girls Basketball falls to Goose Creek 60-39

Goose Creek defeated Irmo 60-39 in the first round of the playoffs Tuesday night. Junior Ehrial Wagstaff lead the way with 10 points. Irmo finishes the season 14-12 overall. 

Boys JV Soccer falls to West Florence 3 – 1

The Boys JV Soccer team played a friendly again West Florence on February 7th. Seth Feraci, one of Irmo’s captains, scored the only Irmo goal in a competitive match. Irmo Boys Varsity Soccer played a pre-season match on February 7th in a friendly again West Florence. Irmo started the match out fast with David Williams scoring 3′ into the game.
